If WE cancel the conference because of a Force Majeure

We shall assume no further obligation to refund any travel or accommodation expenses incurred in that case.

In case the congress needs to be rescheduled or postponed

The participation will automatically be transferred to the new scheduled conference.

In case the conference format switches from “presential” to “virtual”

Your participation will be automatically switched from physical to virtual.
